The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports Adam Jones has gone to Baltimore for a physical. I can't believe I'm posting such a flimsy story after the wagons of crap on this trade.

A source? Wow. No doubt about this one, eh? David Pinto calls it Deja Vu. I can think of other terms.
At this point, there's been enough "it's gonna happen" that I do believe it. And I can only hope folks are being really careful about what they attribute to anonymous sources for the remainder of this story.
But, does anyone else find this amusing?
SEATTLE (AP) - The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports the Mariners appear to be closer in getting the pitcher they feel they need to head their rotation.
The newspaper says Mariners outfielder Adam Jones traveled to Baltimore today, presumably to undergo a physical examination.
I hope it is finally true, so we can find out if Hendry really thinks Brian Roberts is the missing piece. I still think the missing piece is Theriot's bounce out of the line-up.
