Updated: The Cubs line up as I expected, for better for for worse.
Here are the Padres:
Crabbe SS .310
Gonzalez, Ed 3B .450
Gerut CF .391
Bard C .231
McAnulty LF .391
Fick 1B .111
Ambres RF .238
McDougall 2B .286
Maddux P .000
Clearly, I've underestimated the quality of team the Padres left behind.
-------------------------------------------------------
Technically, not a (SS) game against the Friars today, but a lot of San Diego players are in China now for the exhibition games against the Dodgers.

Ugly Americans. Nice Going.
Scout.com has a list of the players who made the trip. Some of the bigger names are Trevor Hoffman and Adrian Gonzalez, but about half the guys are NRIs, so it does look like a regular B squad.
Over here in North America, Greg Maddux starts and will be followed by
Wil Ledezma, Kevin Cameron and Mike Gardner
They should plan on facing the Cubs' A team today.

I took a look at Maddux last night.
Here's a look at Kevin Cameron
I'm not sure about his make-up yet - one pitch is pretty clear, but does he have 1, 2 or 3 fastballs?
The Cubs Today
The Cubs send out Jason Marquis today, for his 3rd start. He'll be followed by Sean Gallagher, Sean Marshall, Carlos Marmol, Tim Lahey and Jose Ascanio. Order of appearance, and whether or not each guy will actually pitch, is TBD.
I'll post a line-up when it comes out, but I suspect it will be something like this, assuming Lou goes for the gusto today.
Theriot
Soriano
Lee
Ramirez
Fukudome
DeRosa
Soto
Fuld
Marquis
