I plan on posting something on this subject myself, but Corey over at Fantasy Baseball Strategy has his analysis of Carlos' last start and the injury already. I'll throw my two cents in later on. Here's what Corey concludes:
Zambrano appears to have slightly changed his delivery in his last start. His velocity also suffered which can provide more information. Based on his symptoms and how he described it, I still believe there will be a labral tear and/or at least a partial rotator cuff tear.
