Jesus. Sosa was such a ridiculous human being late '90s/early 2000's. Shame that all the Cub fan idiots disregard him as some other player.
June 1998. Nothing can take that away from us. The greatest display of hitting I've ever seen.
Sosa is a bust down after the corked bat I lost all respect. He should of retired before that happened then he would have been a HOFer fo sure fo sure.
Forget 98 Lets fast forward to now. Do you guys think the Cubs were overly aggressive in signing Fukudome last year knowing that the all the choice FA available this year. Dunn Abreu Bradley Ibanez. How sweet would it be if Bradley shifted to center and Ibanez to right. I'd trade the spectacle in defense to see that line up put the fear of bejesus in opposing pitchers!!
